All services are to be paid in advance or at the latest on day of arrival
Of course we also have special offers on weekdays and weekends, and special arrangements for groups.

Opening times

Our reception is open from 12:00 to 18:00 clock.

Arrival times is from 14:00 to 18:00 clock.
For arrivals after 18:00 clock we ask for a timely telephone communication or message by email.
Changes are possible for early appointment.

Winter saison
Until 01.03.2016 we work daily until 18:00 clock. Arrival after 18.00 clock until 0:00 only with prior request.

Offer prices

Our offer prices are not valid for trade fairs, events and public holidays and can only be guaranteed in conjunction with an early request to our room availability.

Standart price (refundable)

Prepayment: The total price of the reservation will be charged on the day of arrival.

Cancellation: If canceled or modified up to 3 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If canceled or modified later or in case of no-show, 100 percent of the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Meals:  Breakfast costs € 5 per person per night.

Smoking ban

There is a total ban on smoking throughout the entire hotel area and all rooms.
In the case of repeat infringement, we charge a compensation of 100.00 Euro.
